Advertised savings apply to the cruise portion and cabin upgrades only and exclude land/extension portions, airfares (unless expressly included as part of a flight offer), hotel stays, transfers not explicitly included, gratuities, optional excursions, insurance, onboard purchases, and other additional services. Port charges and taxes are included in the price unless otherwise stated. Offers are not retroactive and cannot be applied to bookings made prior to the booking window stated above. A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required within 48 hours of booking. The following final payment deadlines apply to this offer: Flexi Fare bookings require full payment 90 days prior to departure. Best Available Offer bookings require full payment 10 months prior to departure, or at time of booking if booked within 10 months of departure. Flight offers vary by itinerary, cruise length and cabin selection. The flight offers are capacity controlled, have no cash value and are valid for Economy Class airfare up to $1,800 per person, including applicable taxes. Flights must be booked through Scenic between 10 and 6 months prior to departure and are valid only for travel on the scheduled cruise start/end dates. Deviations from scheduled dates and/or ports may result in additional charges. If flights are not booked by 6 months prior to departure, the flight offer will be replaced with savings in lieu (as determined by Scenic). Full payment is required before flight arrangements can be confirmed. Once ticketed, air arrangements are non-refundable, non-transferable and no name changes are permitted. Offer combinability: Best Available Offer and Flexi Fare offers may be combined with loyalty vouchers and are valid on new group bookings made during the booking period stated above. Offers cannot be combined with exclusive promotions, solo traveler offers, Friends & Family rates, interline rates or any other discounted or restricted-rate offers, unless expressly stated. Groups: Offers apply only to new groups booked and deposited during the booking window. No retroactivity applies to existing bookings, including adding or applying the Deposit Protection Plan or Flexible Booking Policy to an existing booking to access these offers. Scenic may correct any errors in published prices or offer details at any time (including printing, electronic or clerical errors). If an error affects a booking, Scenic may correct the price and either amend the booking to reflect the correct price, request payment of any difference or cancel the booking and process a refund in accordance with the applicable terms.
